Welcome to Unified Solutions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before filling out the joining registration form or accepting assignment file workloads. By checking the agreement option block and submitting your profile parameters, you unconditionally agree to comply with and be legally bound by the operational frameworks outlined below.

1. Online Form Filling Project Parameters 

Under this remote workflow framework model, the company assigns processing software access accounts alongside safe secure login credentials. The executing user is required to manually transcribe and submit system parameters according to the conditions below:

• Form Metrics: Each single transaction record form contains exactly 15 input string entry fields.
• System OS Requirements: The application loader runs exclusively inside Microsoft Windows 7 or above operating system editions on laptops or desktops.
• Network Connectivity: A highly stable broadband network link scaling at or above 1-Mbps is required at all times.
• Technical Entry Standards:
  • Users must click the "Add New Record" panel control function before transcribing data for each tracking serial number.
  • All data inputs must be aligned to the left margin, regardless of layout variations seen inside the image reference sheets.
  • Accent or Latin symbols must be flattened to plain English text strings (e.g., convert "æ" to "ae", "Ç" to "C", "Ŷ" to "Y", "ķ" to "k").
  • Bold style formatting, italic adjustments, or document decorations are unsupported and strictly prohibited.
  • If text phrases split across lines or are broken by hyphens inside source images, you must replicate that spacing exactly inside the text fields. No text justifications are allowed.

2. Offline Ebook Typing Project Parameters

This project uses a standalone text transcription approach. The company provides a dedicated local processing portal to transcribe data text blocks according to the rules below:

• Volume Scale: Each assigned textbook document image file contains a bulk block structure varying between 50 to 55 lines of data.
• Connectivity Requirements: This project works completely offline. No active live internet connectivity is required or needed while typing files inside the software.
• Technical Typing Rules:
  • Users must compile separate, individual **.dxt text format files** for every image file included in the assignment batch.
  • Every line typed inside the text document must match its corresponding line coordinate inside the image sheet to keep pages synchronized.
  • When a sentence line terminates inside the reference image, the user must manually hit the Enter key to insert an identical break in the text file.
  • All transcriptions require tight left alignment. Special fonts, decorations, styles, or word enhancements are strictly disabled.

3. Quality Control, Grading Logs & Accuracy Reports

Our dedicated Quality Control (QC) center runs thorough checks on all submitted work batches. If an execution file's accuracy metrics drop below baseline qualifying scores during initial verification checks, evaluations stop immediately. The verification desk will not be held responsible for checking the remaining files in failed batches.

Evaluation Timelines: Structured accuracy logs detailing column numbers, error types, line coordinates, and mistake variations are forwarded via email within exactly 7 working days after deadline deliveries. Falling below required quality scores renders the work batch fully disqualified, forfeiting payment distribution rights.

4. Payout Schedules & Bank Transfer Agreements

All project settlements are processed via safe digital payment channels under the strict target achievements below:

• Form Filling Plan: Payout yields ₹15 per correct form for submissions matching 800 to 1000 forms with an accuracy index between 95% and 100%. Submissions below 800 forms or trailing under a 95% accuracy score receive no payment.
• Ebook Typing Plan: High-quality batches scoring 80% to 100% accuracy pay out at premium rates of ₹9,000 (calculated at ₹90 per page). Batches scaling between 60% and 79.99% accuracy yield ₹5,000 (calculated at ₹50 per page). Batches scoring under 60% accuracy receive no payment.
• Distribution Timelines: Payout funds transfer via direct online Net Banking (IMPS) or your verified UPI address on the exact same day your accuracy score evaluation report is shared.

5. Critical File Package Rejection Criteria

Work packages face instant rejection, forfeiture of other stages, and exclusion from future submissions if any of the following occur:

• The submitted archive file name does not match the workspace names sent by the company.
• The submission package includes extra loose documents, random files, or unrelated workspace materials.
• Form filling files are delivered in unapproved layout setups instead of standard **.pdf document files**.
• Ebook files are delivered outside our requested **compressed Zip folder container structure** or carry text formats other than the compulsory **.dxt text extension**.
• The completed project files are received past your assigned project deadline. No extensions are granted.
• The typed text documents contain accent symbols or unformatted junk data arrays.

6. Fraud Prevention and Contract Termination Clauses 

Unified Solutions maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against automated tools and unauthorized access. Your platform access contract will be terminated immediately, and payment distribution rights will be permanently cancelled, under the following conditions:

• If you are found using any third-party tool, script engine, auto-typer, macro loader, or word processing program outside our provided app software (including Microsoft Word, Excel, or other Microsoft Office products).
• If you copy, share, leak, or forward project data files to any unapproved email address or third-party contact.
• If the tracking system logs find **more than 1 computer (desktop or laptop)** being used to complete your assigned ebook project workload.
